@DriveKyte @Getaround I’m in the NYC area, and I’m seeing actual prices at nearly $200 all in for one day, not including unlimited mileage. Why would I use you guys over a traditional car rental? It’s so expensive.

Really upset that @Getaround is ceasing their US operations. They were the one affordable hourly car rental service. Kyte, Turo, and Zipcar are all incredibly expensive and only okay service.

Wow, just got an email that @Getaround has shut down all US operations as of today. No warning whatsoever. My family has been car-free for a decade basically because of Getaround. With this news, we're probably going to have to buy a car.

@DriveKyte I am throughly disappointed with the way my recent rental experience. After providing a Valid Driver's Licence as proof of identification, I was denied service and my order was cancelled without proper explanation. Terrible service.
