I’m pleased to secure $620,000 in federal funds for @DurhamTech’s affordable housing initiative which will expand housing access in Durham. We need more affordable housing and I'm proud to support this initiative that will meet the needs of local students and community members.
Today, our Esthetics students proudly offered free treatments to 911 dispatchers and first responders as a small thank you for their incredible service & dedication. As we pause to reflect on the tragic events of 9/11 may we never forget the lives lost and the heroes who emerged.
