The Patriots tried to silence the vrabel/Russini story and put pressure on The Post to not publish anything, but were unsuccessful, per PFT.
There's "nothing to it", though.

I just unearthed this video and it raises serious questions that need to be asked. Did Maxx Crosby *really* say that to Dianna Russini? Or was this a blatant lie like Steve Sarkisian accused her of? If Maxx did say it, did he do so because he knew Russini was a conduit to Vrabel? The tampering angle of Vrabel - Russini scandal looks more realistic the deeper you dig. This is why finding out who paid for that resort in Sedona is so crucial. It may have been a form of payment for professional favor that broke NFL rules. Who paid for the $4,000/night adults only resort? That’s the question that needs to be asked. Why is the NFL silent on this?

The NFL found out about the Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini photos 8 days ago and has done nothing.
The entire internet is talking about the possibility of Vrabel using Russini to tamper with Maxx Crosby and AJ Brown - but the NFL is hoping radio silence from partners like ESPN will help this blow over without the full-scale investigation that fans want.
It’s up to you to make a big enough deal out of it to get their attention. You are the media.
