@LilyMarieMFC I have a comically bad sense of direction. And yet I constantly get asked for directions, regardless of the city I’m in. I think I must look possibly knowledgeable and definitely not threatening.

Oh, to one day have the confidence of all the tourists I hear asking train station security staff or the POLICE for directions. 💀

@nickimoraa Totally normal. I’ve traveled a lot for work for many years. Solo dining is usually my only option. I really don’t mind it and have found many welcoming locations.

Honest question: who here dines alone at restaurants sometimes? Raise your hand. I could use the reassurance that this is more normal than one weird bartender reaction made it feel. 🙋‍♀️
