@RetroRelapstic After Shenmue, I’d recommend trying the Yakuza series. It’s like a modern evolution of those ideas, without the time wasting, much more beat em up, and of course arcade games.

Shenmue stands right along with Death Stranding imo. I didn’t have fun playing both. I couldn’t wait for both of them to be over. Both wasted my time. Both story kinda went nowhere. Both were repetetive. And I can’t wait to see what’s next.

I started playing Shenmue last night. And it took me almost 30 minutes to find my bedroom. This game does not respect your time.

@RetroRelapstic Basically, at my last job, if we bought a game that turned out to have too deep of scratches after resurfacing then we couldn’t sell it as a store policy. Turns out, DC games are hard to take scratches out of. They still work though!
