@samuelthompson Shopify lowers the entry barriers, right? Then probably it's not a matter of "big customers". You should extract from that 98% the percentage of businesses that are actually operating with a long term vision, then you'll know how big your target market is. 📦🫀

Re: customers....here's my macro theory. Too many B2B companies focus on big customers. Shopify has almost 2m active stores. Only 2% generate more than $1m a year or have more than 100,000 monthly visitors. Meaning 98% of the stores are "small". That's our target market.

@T33_Masterpiece No matter the nature of the relation (INFLUENCER/AMBASSADOR), a clever Brand should keep ears open and even encourage the collaborators to speak their opinions and observations. Not taking advantage of this means waisting the budget spent for the collab.

Can the influencer/ambassador suggests something different to the brands? Or is it a case of “we are paying you so have to do whatever we say” ?

@Nita__Ok Exactly, the Brand's expectations change upon the title of the relation. Moreover, this sets the basis to define the comparison between AMBASSADOR and INFLUENCER odd to the least. They present the Brand in different ways and work at different levels of the funnel.
