@qatarairways Qatari airways promised full refund to passengers cancelling bookings due to the current Gulf hostilities; however, the refund offered was approximately one-quarter less than the amount paid, contrary to the stated policy! Why?

@qratarairwayss Now could you explain how the refund will only be £283.50 when the original price was around £800. Not only you failed to fly me home, and failing that providing at least the minimum support in BKK. Shame on you & your agent Trip.com!

@qratarairwayss No longer need assistance; assist those poor people stranded with no solution. As for myself, just bought a direct flight home; exorbitant price but still better than begging ‘world class’ Qatar Airways.

@qatarairways 11Match original flight cancelled; was given choice to rebook for following day. Only to be told it was also cancelled but wasn’t given opportunity to rebook again through agent Trip.com. Shambles!

@qatarairways Why can’t Qatar Airways just rebook into new flights UK, EU passengers stranded in Thailand and fly them directly to European major cities from which they can continue the journeys home!
