They think a darker shade of blue means it’s less colorful. Gunn’s color grading makes his Superman suit brighter but more washed out/desaturated. Snyder’s Superman suit is darker but more vibrant. Hell, IGN had to desaturate Snyder’s suit just to make it match with Gunn’s.

@legomaryjane My biggest issue with this suit is how it rips off the base pattern of TASM2's suit. It's a pattern of a suit meant for Andrew's physique and it worked well there but this is a suit for Tom who has a totally different physique and it doesn't work as well.
