@EmbargoApp the app on my phone updated and I seem to have been logged out and lost ally rewards. Can't work out how I was logged in to get them back! Helpppp

@EmbargoApp Hiya, it seems there's problems with the app. I had a free hot chocolate offer showing which I tried to redeem but there was a message saying the trial period ended. Barista said a few customers have had problems with the same app.

@missstevie We will look into ASAP. Have you been logged in with Facebook?
