@paddycosgrave If only they could look at the process of planning permission first that statistic would change! Most of my friends living at home had their hearts set building! The time wasted on the process, the money wasted and some have just had to buy houses in the end

A truly mind blowing stat: In 2023 in Dublin “first time buyers bought just 75 new houses”. In Cork that number was just 17! FFG has destroyed a generation, and a country. Unless that is you’re a wealthy landlord or huge vulture fund.

@paddycosgrave If something has happened your child and you have been wronged by HSE and you try to make a complaint to Ombudsman they tell you if you do not have a medical card at time it happened you can not make the complaint with them

@deshocks Definitely okay to say no!! We get asked to do alot of the time to do them for free, some we def do as it is nice to give back. But people honestly do not realise the time that goes in to planning full presentations. Not everyone needs to get themselves well know

@ChrisWadeSLT Really depends on experience and skillset of the therapist and their ability to do dynamic assessment to form a baseline. The intervention pathway can often be evident from environmental observations.
