Today we teamed up with our #partner #Sunderland City Council to tidy up #Hetton Lyons Country Park. We were so happy to see the number of #volunteers and learners chipping in with the litter picking to maintain the grounds of the park. Thank you to everyone who participated!

So for 3 years I haven't been able to hold a pen due to an inflammation in my hand, this week I was admitted to hospital with my 2nd blood clot in 18 months. I went for a Physio appointment today, and the Physio believes the 2 are linked and curable, here's hoping!
