@HMRCcustomers Hi Nick. Thanks for responding. Yes I tried many times and it's stated that they can't verify my identity. I tried both with passport (an italian one) and Credit Reference questions. It fails every time.

@EricGuizzo Thanks for waiting. HMRC cannot provide a certificate of residence for future dates as we would be unaware of an individual's residence status. See: gov.uk/hmrc-internal-…. Nancy

@HMRCcustomers Hello. I requested a Certificate of Residence to avoid double taxation since I worked in spain. The spanish company specifically requested me a certificate valid for 1 year, but the one I received from HMRC is valid only until the date of request. How can I do?
