There are some long wait times when trying to get ahold of our office or Student Accounts. Here's a little cheat sheet on who might be best to contact about your question!

Our phone queue is full at 50, so as calls are answered, new callers are able to get in! Please hang in there and be patient with us as we are working hard to help as quickly, but as effectively as possible!

This year has been a doozy! We hosted 4⃣8⃣ financial aid application workshops and helped over 1⃣0⃣0⃣0⃣students with their 2024-25 financial aid application! Thank you for joining us and letting us try to help you through this new application. ❤️💙 Congrats to our winners!🥳

Wanted to give an update on where we are at with processing some of our more common To Do items. ED gave schools the ability to make corrections on FAFSAs on June 30th. We are working as quickly as possible to bring these timeframes down to get you ready for the Fall semester.

We are working 7:00am-3:30pm this week, but next week, on August 5th, our hours shift back to 8:00am-5:00pm!

Happy August! The Fall semester is comig up - Here's our timeline: 🤑Shooting to apply aid to accounts Aug. 14 (give or take a day, this is a BIG group of students!) REMEMBER: To Do items/Holds will hold up aid. 💸Student Accounts should issue refunds towards the end of the week.

With FAFSA changes, students were originally awarded with estimates. This week, if you've already been awarded, we will repackage with "official" awards. So, you won't be able to see awards from your Student Center today - Friday. You should get an updated email once it is done!
