I’m going to go ahead and say how I feel.
This is just my personal opinion but from what I have seen, I feel the Fortnite team have made a season where, on reflection, Season 2 will be considered a top 5 of *ALL TIME* contender when it’s over.

What's going on with this game and the company? You used to make great seasons -Chapter 5, OG, Chapter 6—but what now? Layoffs, cheaters unchecked, UEFN creators copying maps for profit, no hype updates, weak seasons (loot, competitive), and bigger prizes for mobile and reloads..

The downturn in Fortnite engagement that started in 2025 means we're spending significantly more than we're making, and we have to make major cuts to keep the company funded. like, i spent the past week debugging the rivalry system while recovering from pneumonia
and just in the past few days i’ve had multiple directors tell me how much they appreciate everything i do

We've rolled out a new round of adjustments in Battle Royale:
⚡️ You can now hold up to six Overdrive Grenades and cover more ground.
🌩️ Reduced the initial Storm circle size so your first Storm circle won't close in as quickly.
📌 Fixed incorrect Mythic drops from certain activities and locations.
👊 You’ll now have a slightly better chance of finding the Seven Power Gloves in Chests.
🪙 Gold Bars now drop less abundantly.

Diese Season ist so toll und macht eigentlich viel spaß 🥰...
Aber seit dem Update gestern läuft das Spiel echt naja 😬
Skins laden nicht (was nicht schlimm ist) und manchmal gefühlt nur 5 FPS in nem Kampf zu haben ist echt mies...
Hoffentlich verschwinden diese Probleme sehr bald, weil sonst ist diese Season echt nicht schlecht 🫶
