I won’t go the hospital unless I’m literally on my deathbed because it’s expensive, takes a long time, the way they treat you usually isn’t great, and my extensive allergies and low immune system put me in danger of allergic reactions, viruses, etc.

Did anyone see significant difference using DAO enzymes ?? I have tested my enzyme with a blood test, I’m super deficient and the allergist thinks I should always take them before eating but cromolyn helps me and I don’t think another overpriced supplement will do much. #mcas

#DerDreizehnteFrühling Ich bin jetzt über 12 Jahre krank, seit 2018 vollständig homebound und die meiste Zeit verbringe ich im Liegen, mit Symptomen, die sich ein Gesunder kaum vorzustellen vermag - in diesen vergangenen 12 Jahren hat sich rein gar NICHTS getan. Nur mal so zum Sacken Lassen. Alle Betroffene mit infektiösen und nicht - infektiösen Triggern oder ausschliesslich mit nicht - infektiösen Triggern sind eh raus, was die vermeintliche öffentliche Debatte betrifft, denn die sogenannte #postinfektiöseForschungsdekade berücksichtigt #SFN nicht, #MCAS nicht, #POTS nicht, #CCI nicht #hEDS, #EDS und weitere Bindegewebserkrankungen nicht, auch kein #PostVac und auch die Schädigungen der mit 8 roten Hand Briefen versehenen #Fluorchinolone nicht oder andere Medikamentenschädigungen nicht, Trigger wie Operationen nicht (Achtung #CCI und #FQAD), Umweltexpositionen nicht, Unfälle nicht usw. Auch als infektiöser Trigger wird die #Borreliose &Co. nicht berücksichtigt. Für mich persönlich alles eine Mogelpackung. Das sollte jedem klar sein, der mehr als #LongCovid #MEcfs hat. Ich werde mich in Zukunft darauf konzentrieren, was ich eigentlich habe und versuchen, alles was noch in meiner Macht steht zu unternehmen, um diesen grausamen Zustand zu verbessern. Viel Zeit bleibt mir nicht mehr. Und das ist eine furchtbare Vorstellung, die mich sehr belastet. Zerfleischt Euch nicht. #Amen
