8 years ago I had the opportunity to talk and meet Stan Lee. I didn’t want to wait so I passed. A week later he died. I vowed to always meet the people responsible for my favorite stories and characters from now on. So yesterday, I met David Michelinie. Venom’s Creator :)

@Aquariar @KaleeshArbiter And let’s be real, Ewing was doing fine BEFORE Venom War. It wasn’t as good as Cates, but it was leading to something. But then Venom War happened and everything’s fucked. Trust me, I ENTIRELY get the frustration. It has gotten to a point where this deserves to be called out.

There is no clarity. That’s been our biggest complaint about VenoMJ. And I’m willing to bet Kelly and Ewing aren’t going to do that.

@AR6738323558 @DEB10042 @levidu99 I also love Venom. I think my main problem with Eddie and MJ is that Eddie never showed any initiative to change her perception of him. I think he should be the one to show her that he's changed, instead of waiting for her to realize it. A good talk would do wonders.

Some fans getting mad that MJ hates Eddie is funny to me cuz is there anyone within the Spider-Man supporting cast outside of Flash that is aware Venom isn't a psycho anymore? He tried to hurt or kill a lot of them in the 90s and then just sorta disappeared from the public

The same people who are defending what MJ said to Eddie Brock on this page are the same people I’ve seen constantly complaining about how MJ has been ruined as a character. And they’re seemingly unaware Ewing & Kelly have been doing that very thing to both of them.

@caredscared_ @IndigoMusic352 I’ve come to the conclusion that those said bad faith people just don’t like that we are vocal about not liking the slip we’re being fed. They want us to shut up and enjoy it. Oh and basically all of them have NEVER read any of Venoms material. Especially Ewings entire runs.

I don't even know where the attitude comes from with venom fans. To like the character you kinda have to be cool with the fact that he was a villain and some characters shouldn't forgive him. Why does he have to be coddled by those he abused?
