@atrei8es Well I know Engels didn’t invent different theory but his ideas about dictatorship of proletariat were different which as far as I know Marx didn’t talk about enough where Engels filled the role of critics of democracy and later Lenins one party dictatorship

@FemboyGavi engels did edit and organize marxs unfinished manuscripts and modern scholars have shown that some editorial decisions affected the presentation of marx arguments ig but volumes 1 2 are still overwhelmingly based on marxs own manuscripts not engels inventing a different theory yk
