@Freezerio1 AGREED, I’m really sad they never went with this approach bc the witness was the perfect enemy to do this with.

@Fenchurch96 @colesmithen2 I think it would have been extremely cool and unique if the each encounter in Salvations Edge involved boss encounters for different forms of the Witness in escalating complexity and difficulty. The Witness should have been chimera-like, and we slowly kill it throughout the raid.

The tough reality that I'm working on accepting is that this last D2 update is eventually going to fizzle out, and we'll enter a long, potentially indefinite, period without new Destiny content. I'm curious if folks have interest of where to turn next? For me, I've been mostly playing "indie" games for the last year or so. But at the same time, I do want that one main game to really sink my teeth into. Any suggestions?

leadership fundamentally misunderstood this game’s playerbase every chance they good

Bungie should relaunch Destiny 2 and turn it into Destiny Infinity ONE game where the ENTIRE Light and Darkness Saga is available From Destiny 1 to Renegades, and then move forward with brand new content and story Multiple games sucks for narrative and New Player experience

Getting to be the narrative designer to make that first mission in TFS was a huge honor. Loved the buildup to that first boss fight. Everyone on the team cooked so hard to make it as good as we could.

Haven't played marathon but it just feels like this actually could have had potential as a next big original IP if it wasn't a service game model, and instead a campaign + multiplayer game with regular installments.
