What baffles me about homophobia is this: gay people don’t affect your finances, your health, or your progress in any way. So going out of your way to spread hate just means you’re just a horrible person. Also, using religion doesn’t make you less horrible.

@AndySi86 I guess I’m looking at it from the perspective of this happened to me when I was 19, a grown man without a face on his profile also messaged me saying he recognized me, I immediately deleted my profile out of panic. The guy then showed up at my work and found me just to “talk”
