@FlowBots1 i updated replikanto for 3 years without any problems, it means you changed the rules just recently, which is not fair. at least send us an email about the NEW RULES, don't act like it's been there all the time

The lifetime license means you can use the product indefinitely, but ongoing updates and support are only included for the first year. If you have documentation from your purchase that states otherwise, please send us an email and we will investigate further. I want to make sure everything is clear and fair for you.

@holy_cabron @outof0ptions Replikanto's lifetime license lets you use the product forever. It includes 1 year of updates & support, after that, you can keep using it as-is. Please send us an email and we will resolve this quickly.

@outof0ptions @FlowBots1 still buggy as hell but i must pay 39$ to update for a less buggy version, fyi when i bought the lifetime ver in 2022 and updated it for 2 years, it wasn't in the policy.

I had an unwelcome surprise from @FlowBots1, makers of Replikanto, the NinjaTrader trade copier I use and recommend. I logged in today to check for a new version and saw a message stating I can't get updates without paying $39 for an annual "technical support renewal," which feels shady since I bought a lifetime license. They also removed download links for newer versions; I could previously access 1.6.0.4, but now only the outdated 1.5.4.10 is available, likely the last release within a year of my $300 lifetime license purchase. Not cool. It's still cheaper long-term than monthly fees for TradeSyncer or Thor, but if you want more revenue, switch to a subscription model instead of trying to bilk existing customers who already paid.

License issues due to machine ID changes are always handled by our technical support team, who will resolve them even if a year has passed since your purchase, because lifetime licenses need to work for as long as NinjaTrader exists. @outof0ptions @FlowBots1 I had the same experience yesterday. Problem is if your current (latest eligible) version stops working bc windows updates or whatever, you will have to pay to update and fix the problem with replikanto, even with lifetime license.

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes some of our customers don't understand and end up saying things they shouldn't and even threatening us, like you did. A lifetime license confers the right to use the software for unlimited periods. However, free technical support and product updates are included only for the first year after the purchase. After that first year, to continue downloading the latest versions and receiving support, you need to purchase an annual support and updates renewal. This policy is outlined on the Replikanto product page (flowbots.ninja/product/replik…), in order details (flowbots.ninja/my-profile/ord…) and in our Terms and Conditions Sections 4 and 5 (flowbots.ninja/terms-and-cond…) approved during the purchase. Here’s a quick summary: - Lifetime license = indefinite use of the NinjaTrader add-on. - 1 year of free technical support and updates included. - After a year, it is up to you to renew to get updates and assistance. Even after purchasing the product, if you did not agree with the rules, you could have requested a full refund within 14 days. We would have granted the refund without asking any questions, as we always do. Just one more thing, you said you paid US$300 for the Replikanto lifetime license. @tradrdude Unfortunately not, as Replianto works on top of the NinjaTrader Desktop, it depends on NT to access the accounts.

@tradesbyrina No, Replikanto cannot force the order fill on all the accounts, but you can use the exclusive Replikanto feature called Follower Guard to flatten your followers if they become out of sync. Please send email to us about issues or questions to get a better and complete replies.
