This morning we had Coffee & Conversation at @madisonparkhs in celebration of #NationalMentoringMonth. Principal Brett Dickens shared how mentors contribute to the culture and her vision for Madison Park.

Supervision is a verb. It's rather proactive than reactive. Amen for @MassMentoring and @FrasterMMP for helping me understand the importance of consistent supervision and the ways to facilitate being supervised in unclear environments. Aka "managing up."
