Some really thought provoking reading and discussions today about adaptive teaching.

Now onto looking at behaviour change and how we can achieve the desired behaviours in schools and at a trust level. Super interesting discussions around culture and PD.

Starting with reading some brilliant research and discussing our definition of adaptive teaching.

Great to be discussing all things adaptive teaching with colleagues from the @EducEndowFoundn this morning, with the aim of creating a shared language and understanding and that strategies for adaptive teaching are implemented by teachers and TAs across our academies.
