@GHNeoluce Oof that is pretty bad. I'm trying to avoid that in my own stories. In one of my stories, I have some guys pretty badly injured who survive, but they aren't even human. If they were, they wouldn't survive injuries like that.

@Cerebrum1233 It is massively overused in the adventure of dai. They seem to die but come back later, Multiple times with the same character... or one dies but their soul lives on in another... or they die but get ressurected, or...
Any conceivable way to not kill off a character.

@GHNeoluce That is pretty bad. I don't necessarily mind a "he's dead, but not really moment" if it is handled well. However, most of the time it isn't, and it is overused.

@Cerebrum1233 at least it gets resolved in dlc. This tho is very unlike dragon quest. In most games you marry someone and if people have affections for someone that too get resolved. dai has the tendency to start something and never see it trough. like the "he's dead but not really moments."

@GHNeoluce I'm guessing it is the harem route, so all of them. IIRC, in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 they don't let you find out who the main character is with until the end of the DLC. Then it reveals he has kids with all 3 of the major female interests. XD
