I've been conned. Was persuaded to change my broadband from BT to EE as I would save money. Actually I will be paying £50 a year more! Will be telling EE what they can do once they've sorted my new phone out!

A few glimpses of the shops and houses of Robin Hood’s Bay as I walked down the almost vertical hill into the village. I wont be taking any photos as I climb back up as I’ll probably be dying of exhaustion from the climb. I may just have to live here forever, rather than climb up

Got up to a wet day. Was supposed to be doing a car boot sale but I will now change my plans. I can always find something to do.

This morning my son proudly bought me a cup of 'coffee' he had made for me, while I was in bed. I didn't have the heart to tell him that: (i) He'd forgotten the milk (ii) The coffee pod had failed to puncture in the machine, and all I actually had was a cup of hot water
