@vinr0uge You're talking about the touchscreen? I thought you were talking about the trackpad. Touchscreen support in Xfce is poor, so we don't really put a ton of effort into supporting it. Perhaps that will change in future. Sorry I couldn't provide anything more insightful.

@vinr0uge It should be enabled by default. We use a custom version of the ChromeOS trackpad driver. Configuration files for it are in /etc/X11

@GalliumOS This has been one of the best experiences of another flavor of Linux I've ever had on a Chromebook, fantastic work!

@earino We're not going anywhere, and the site is still working for me. :)

@isarebe We're always working on fixing problems and introducing features that our users want. The plan for the next major version is Ubuntu 18.04.

@angelyolgado Unfortunately not, that Chromebook has a Pineview processor and will not work with GaOS. If you're looking to have Linux, check out Crouton.

@seclectech That hasn't been tested extensively either. Desktop applications are not often shipped in containers of any type.

@seclectech As far as I know, LXD/LXC has never really been tested on GalliumOS. It's the first I've heard about it, so it must not be a popular task.

@dannycolin89 @BryanLunduke @Acer It's Braswell, which is an interesting architecture that we've had some fun with, but we ship a Braswell image where everything should work!
