Semaine très intense à Ross Béthio pour mettre en conditions opérationnelles notre DJI Agras T100, où nous avons réalisé des traitements herbicides ainsi que l’épandage d’engrais uré sur une exploitation de plus de 100 hectares.

Alhamdulillah, I have arrived home safely after my participation in all the international engagements I had in the USA. I am deeply grateful to Allah for His protection, guidance, and journey mercies throughout this important mission.
It was a truly meaningful experience engaging with global partners, sharing perspectives, and advancing issues that are close to my heart, especially the wellbeing of women and children. I return home inspired, encouraged, and even more committed to continuing this work for the benefit of our people and beyond.

This home in Dakar 🇸🇳 was built with raw earth bricks and no AC.
Its circular form is inspired by traditional Senegalese homes, with a courtyard and trees at the centre.
The house is oriented north-south to capture natural light and prevailing winds.
Small openings in the roof allow hot air to escape.
The building is raised by 450mm to reduce the risk of flooding.
The walls are made from locally produced earth bricks, pressed by hand and sealed for durability.
The floors use a traditional broken tile technique, finished with linseed oil for protection and brightness.
Glass walls are triple-glazed to insulate the interiors from heat.
They open fully for airflow and close when protection is needed.
From the windows to the gutters and furniture, everything was made locally.
Nothing was imported.
This is what happens when design respects where it is built.
Local materials are not backward.
They work.

A differentiated UX strategy makes your application unique and creates a special connection with your users. It can't be developed solely in-house. Many product managers, especially product leaders, are under pressure to differentiate themselves and typically rely on market research, focus groups, surveys, and so on. This means analyzing your users' behavior.
By thoroughly analyzing their contextual experience, environment, daily activities, and lifestyle, you can understand their needs, define their value proposition and emotional value, and thus differentiate yourself. This can then influence your design approach and the features you choose to omit or add.
In other words, prioritizing and making good decisions are at the heart of UX. It's about making good design decisions. This five-step process is based on a proven and effective approach I've used over the years; it's the way to go.👌🏽
