I think I have to mute the term 'Horde'. It's really boring and my timeline is just bad takes and biases. I play Alliance but don't really care about factions, and I just see so many bad takes and poor arguments. I just want my TL to be people's OC's again.

So is Shadowlands now officially a better story than Midnight?

@AliceThePurple Yeah, some other notable events in MoP you have omitted but that's okay, I'm not here to argue a character's head canon as that's their view on the world, and thus subjective.

@GlintsGlimmer The idea of standing with Vereesa against Aethas is genuinely a disgusting thought to this character. Like a Gilnean or Kaldorei standing with Sylvanas to vouch for her getting out of the Maw.

Look. 1. Vereesa is an awful person, and so are her groupies. 2. Kitty was a Magister. She had good friends in the Sunreavers. She needs this.

I finished Midnight's story last night ands here are my random thoughts: • It was a slog. • The only zone I enjoyed was Eversong, and it was too quick. • Elf stuff was not as bad as people made it sound, but its still not great. • Arator is Alphinaud.

It’s not your expression, it’s a machine given words that it uses to create a consensus of how other people have expressed it. Expression is your voice, not the voices of others serrated and dragged through a machine made to mimic your mouth. You express nothing, you forfeit your voice to allow the rest of humanity to speak for you. Here, you even say the ultimate goal is the erasure of human voices. Your “expression” leads to a lack of humanity, not a furtherance of it. Every iteration and invention of art has found new ways to allow us to culminate the human experience through sensation, but generative AI is cancer, it’s the cells of what we’ve already built spinning ad nauseam until all we “make” is what others have already made. It’s a dead end and lifeless, and goes against whatever spirit, soul, or God gave us the gift of creation in the first place.

@NotAmberBerries I am happy that NA has not gotten that. However, the degree of parasocial losers whom will harass and stalk you if they suspect you ERP - but not with them - is a sadly common experience. ERP with them? Great. ERP with other people? A sin against God.
