@ChouGokuOozaru This is usually because you provided the English files but downloaded the Japanese exe or you provided the Japanese files but downloaded the English exe. Can you check you downloaded the right one?

@GreigaMaster This is incredible! Though I do have to ask, am I missing something when it comes to the font or files? The port is functioning except most of the dialogue windows are void of anything except the occasional PET or ellipsis.

@corybuckley Not really. I think you can technically swap the one being used if you match the file name in the assets folder, but it might be difficult to find a font that matches the required spacing.

@Okitochan I think I see what you mean. I'm not sure what the modder was supposed to do about it though except maybe compromise the English script by making it fit into 1 box?

@GreigaMaster No, i mean mod bug. It's easy to spot even in intro. Text too long and it split into 2 textboxes while second have zero sound(no sound in other words)

@nosedevil mod_open is meant to set up the code mod so it is run once after the dll is loaded. I think you have 2 options: 1. You can create a thread to run your button listening function and modify the value. 2. Or you can use a hooking library to add a hook to the game's code to run it.

@GreigaMaster Hello there! I tried to make simple value-based weapon swapper (tldr press button, change value of subweapon) and im not entirely sure about "code-modifying" part. what i tried to do was hook dll to exe that listened to button press but it seems that "open mod" runs only once

MMBN’s RNG has a bug that skews odds or omits outcomes, notably in Mystery Data & random encounters. Its shuffling also isn’t uniformly random. This mod swaps in alternate RNG and shuffle routines for more uniform randomness.

@Dastanovich_ It should be possible to download the source code from the github: github.com/StraDaMa/MMZC-… You could edit the text in the tpl folder with a text editor and then build the dll file to use with the mod loader. You would just need Visual Studio and Python to build the source code.

@SantoSelene___ As far as I know, there isn't one for the legacy collection at least. The source is available for this mod, though, so if someone wanted to they could replace the script to make such a mod.
