@GunnerDi I'm sorry for any confusion. You can still complain using the online form online. Where it asks 'Is your complaint about an account, product or service?', please select no. You'll then be able to make the complaint as a non customer. Hope this is helpful. ^Lee

@LloydsBank trying to raise a complaint about a member of staff who was quite frankly beyond rude and certainly not the face of Lloyds Bank but it appears I cannot put in a written complaint (online) because I don't bank with you. Seriously!!! 🤦‍♀️
