Subklewe - great talk on CAR T haematotox. The ICAHT! • no data that early GCSF impacts on toxicities • GCSF refractory cases need extended workup • ‘rescue’ with previously save auto stem cells feasible and safe • can predict risk on D1 of LD #lymsm @HT_Medical

PTLD and CAR-T. @CwynKate. Very small amount of data for EBV neg cases. Mixed approach to handing immunosuppression. Responses reasonably good but durability unclear. MDT planning & assessment / optimisation prior to infusion is key for this group. #lymsm @HT_Medical
