Congratulations to all the participants at Porters Lake Triathlon.

The first brick workout session was held last evening, providing athletes with an opportunity to practice and develop their skills in transitioning efficiently from one sport to another.

We had a great time at our live bike fitting demo at Cyclesmith. Attendees learned how to optimize their fit for both comfort and performance while also enjoying exclusive in-store discounts, tasty snacks, and refreshing drinks. Thanks to everyone who joined us! @CyclesmithHfx

A wonderful gathering at the year-end party, where we came together to celebrate the accomplishments of the year and share stories in an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie.

Mobility Seminar was held by Dr. Alex Webster from @citadelphysio He talked about the importance of strength & mobility training in triathlon. This was followed by some mobility tests to identify the weakness points and some movements to try and correct them.

The board met last night for the HTC Spring 2024 Planning Meeting. Stay tuned as we will share events with you over the next few months.
