Saturday 23rd October / 9am-1pm / Stenning Hall, Hallaton / LE16 8UG @theroamingartisan is returning on the 23rd of October for another pop up at the hall. Even more produce this time around and some new local artisans on board to showcase.

A special day yesterday - the Grand Opening of HIST's almshouse in Hunts Lane. The Trustees were honoured that the ceremony was attended by Alicia Kearns, MP for Rutland & Melton, who kindly cut the ribbon and offered her support, and Rosie Sweeney from the Almshouse Association

The end is in sight! Service connections are now completed, the air tightness test/final building control inspection/landscaping to be done and flooring to be laid. Just a few finishing touches and clearing up after that, and the bungalow should be ready!

The Trustees are pleased to announce the appointment of 2 new Trustees, selected by Hallaton Parish Council, to the board: Gillie Bexson and Will Vaughan. They are looking forward to working with both Gillie and Will and offer a warm welcome.

The Trustees are very sorry to announce that Kerry Flavell has decided to step down from the board. Kerry has made a significant contribution to HIST during her term of office and will be greatly missed. Thank you, Kerry!

The Trustees are pleased to welcome Classic Car Meet to the Hallaton Recreation Ground, weather permitting. The Rec will be closed to the general public between 4:30pm to 9pm on the following dates: •8th June •20th July •10th August •14th September •12th October
