Hey @LPSmartSide, if I'm using your panel siding over 1" foam, directions say I'm good with only a drainable WRB. Can you explain the confidence in this design versus using a rain screen gap?

@BenjaminObdyke @MattRisinger What's the cost difference on traditional/WRB slicker? Can you DM me some numbers?

@LPSmartSide What exactly is this lovely wood finish?

@MattRisinger Designing a rainscreen for zone 4. Wall construction: 6" stud 1/2 OSB w/ lam 1" R5 (ThermalstarOne) WRB Obdyke 6mm slicker Cedar and LP siding LP says you can install right on drainable WRB, but I think the slicker is good insurance. Any comments on this design?
