@Hemisphere_05 I put a butt on at 10 last night. Some time during the cook the fire went out. (It’s a Pellet Smoker) Turned it back on and I guess the pot was full, instead of empty. Full pot + restart = fire. ☹️

Not a good way to start off the year.
