@GunkoSusan45405@BlizzardCSEU_EN I will continue to believe that they are all compotent. I believe that my case just needs to be investigated and review by an actual GM and get past the "automation" period of reviews.
@Hunthordes@BlizzardCSEU_EN My husband and I got blocked. He got unblocked after 5 days. But they won't even consider my case. You'll be lucky if you get a competent employee like the one who reviewed my husband's ticket.
