@holland_tom @SaveStonehenge I first met Kate at the examination hearings when I was representing the Consortium of Archaeologists. Kate later brought me in to represent SSWHS. She was formidable and I often think about her. A huge loss and I agree, I wish she were here today to hear the news.

My only regret: that Kate Fielden, who first recruited me to the cause (& with Kate Freeman, aka @SaveStonehenge, constituted the formidable squad of Kates who did so much to oppose the Stonehenge Tunnel), is not around to see this day... theguardian.com/uk-news/2023/j…

Symmetry decision handed down this morning. Court holds a condition cannot be used to require dedication of a highway. The court considered that there is a fundamental difference between s106 and conditions. @RichardHarwood2 and I will be explaining all in a webinar on Friday.
