The problem I see today is there are a lot of talk from people who never built anything or done anything except sap from Afrobeats just for personal branding and make small change here and there. The “talkers” want Afrobeats to decline not for anything except “I told you so”. This bullshit delusion of grandeur is the problem, not the industry. The conversations currently going on in the rooms that matter, from Lagos to Los Angeles, is not about decline but of global growth. No shit talkers in those rooms I can assure you. All this decline nonsense is just talking from one’s ass.
