No president in American history has done more for Christians in the White House than Donald Trump — and the list of actions backs it up. From day one of his second term, Trump established the first-ever White House Faith Office in the West Wing, created a Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias, pardoned pro-life Christians prosecuted for praying outside abortion clinics, and called the nation to rededicate itself to God on the National Mall this May 17. The White House itself has declared him the most pro-faith and pro-religious liberty president in American history. Whether you agree with his politics or not, these actions are on the record. No president has moved this boldly on behalf of the Church in modern times. And the Church needs to recognize this moment for what it is.

May is Military Appreciation Month. No speech captures it. No ceremony is enough. The men and women who put on the uniform and step into harm's way so the rest of us don't have to deserve more than a month. In SC-01, we are surrounded by their service. Joint Base Charleston. Parris Island. Beaufort MCAS. Thousands of veterans across every county in our district. May God bless each and every one of our service members, past, present, and future.
