A year ago today doctors told me that if I didn't stop smoking and change my lifestyle drastically I wouldn't be here in 8 months. Talk about incentives! It's now exactly 12 months since my last cigarette, and what I see as 4 months (and counting) of "bonus time".

Big thanks again to our colleagues at @CumbriaFire who alongside our team, engaged with people who were putting the landscape in danger last night. Offending individuals were made to extinguish their Fires and BBQs, made to collect their litter and to move on.

Sadly, this area of Tarn Hows is becoming a regular camping spot in-spite of a no camping rule. Maybe more prominent signs at the car park? There have been two different groups at this particular point over the past two nights. @NTsouthlakes @nationaltrust
