None of this will work. What might work to reduce corruption is this: remove need for physical interaction for government services and anonymise data submission. Put strict timelines to assess requests and submissions.

Toss-up is if the marginal factory continues to generate reasonable ROE @ 20k/mth wages competing agnst Vietnam, BD, Thailand. Or does it make sense for the factory to move to robots in place of workers. Or shut down and use the capital to invest in fin mkts..
