@nochrist_nolife From a consumer standpoint, I 100% agree that it sucks but collaborations aren't free and players that save up would lose them money and these companies don't run for free. Kuro is definitely more consumer friendly than others, but they gotta recoup what they spent on the colab.

My 2 issues at this point with the collab consist of a nitpick and a disappointment.
Nitpick: I wish the banners lasted longer, but I understand that’s not necessarily something that should be expected. I’m going for S6 R1 on both and with less time it makes it harder.
Disappointment: In line with my 1st statement, I am not too happy with the fact the afterglow coral I intentionally saved to make S6 Rebecca and Lucy possible won’t be useable. Of course it’s not like they will go to waste since I can use them for later, but dang…. I would have S2 or 3’d Hiyuki if I knew I couldn’t use/convert them.
All in all the collab looks amazing, but for the sake of being balanced I figured I should mention my current gripes.

@Inferno_s_s I 100% agree. If you are a new player, whether you got into it because of the collaboration or a little bit ahead of it and you didn't do any research and just converted everything that's on you people were talking about a different currency as soon as this was announced.

Wuwa has different pulling currency for Characters and weapons, i don't see any valid reason to convert all your asterites into character pulls unless you just never pull for weapons.

@sagarch61861102 @Inferno_s_s Oh no, it's actually for a very good reason they want money. Kuro is a company that needs to make money and the collaboration definitely wasn't for free. Imagine a significant portion of the player base has been saving up and could pull multiple copies without having to spend.

@Inferno_s_s also no.. converting astrites into character pulls.. that has been working so far for characters isn't players fault.. its game company's fault that randomly outta nowhere declared that those are invalid now for no good reason..

@BulingDaily I do, but I'm probably horribly under using her. I don't play the game that seriously and I'm a former Genshin player so reading is difficult for me lol. I watch like one or two videos about how to play a certain team, retain about 45% of that knowledge and then use that to play.

@katsudumps Combat bc at least the way its worded that sounds like lots of lower level enemies whereas fierce struggle sounds like a boss level enemy. No idea if thats accurate tho lol

@__yuraii2 I just deleted Genshin today and I'm never gonna reinstall that shit. It's not fun and I was mostly only playing because I felt like I needed to because I spent a chunk of change on trying to get a character Back when I first started. Sunk cost fallacy type shit lol

wuwa writing is not bad because it's a full female cast. It's bad because all the women in the game glaze the male MC, all emotionally depend on him, all are saved by him, their whole characters revolves around him. While the male characters don't depend on the MC as much
