My chief, I understand the point you are trying to make. It's a reasonable point but saying it's a waste of time isn't fair to nurses that have decided to take that route. I think this tweet should be directed to the governing body that created multiple entry points into the profession. It's not the fault of these students that these route exist. In the end we all sat for the same professional exams organized by the same body and licenced to practice at the same level in the same country. It's only left to you as an individual to always upskill, upgrade and seek to be more. Whether you're an RN, BNSc or HND, what makes you different is the most important, ( more reason why RMs are highly sourced). The HND nursing issue isn't the nurses problem rather it's a mess our governing body created and as long it's present, it's an option. I hope you understand.
