🇺🇸 NYC is now hearing the Islamic call to prayer blasting in some areas around 5 AM. Eric Adams gave the green light for amplified broadcasts on Fridays and during Ramadan when he was mayor. Now under current mayor Zohran Mamdani, the policy's still going and even expanding. Some people say it's religious freedom.
