Here at Invictus, we have been working on our Reading Strategy and hosted a development day for all Secondary Reading Leads across the Trust. We celebrated the positive impact that the Guided Reading Programme has had on our pupils this year.

Today, MFL staff from across the trust are attending a training day. They will be covering the new GCSE specifications for French, German, and Spanish. There will also be a visit from Edexcel to discus the speaking exam. Excellent collaboration at work!

Our new Train to Teach students participated in a session that included a safeguarding workshop led by Antoinette Jackson, our Head of Safeguarding and Pastoral Care.
