yes, time blindness is often due to trauma or neurodivergence or culture.
BUT I don't understand the idea that if you have an antisocial behavior due to something that isn't your fault, you are now absolved of fixing the behavior.

was knocked down and nearly trampled by an LAPD Officer on horseback after refusing several orders to back up.
Protest organizers are now calling this "police brutality” and want to see law enforcement held accountable.
Was this police brutality or should he have listened to officers?
