今回のレシピ あくまで俺個人の好みなので参考までに 1.材料 コーラ150ml ウィスキー45ml クレイジーソルト小さじ0.5杯 ハチミツ小さじ1杯 ピーナッツ1掴み コーラとウィスキー以外はお好みの量で。元々「農夫のコーラ」はチマチマ分量計って作るようなものではない。 2.作り方 ウィスキー、コーラ、ハチミツ、クレイジーソルト、ピーナッツの順にグラスに入れて、ハチミツとクレイジーソルトが溶けるまで混ぜる。終わり。 3.材料の説明 ウィスキー:正直、ラム酒や焼酎やテキーラやカナディアンウィスキーやスコッチでもおいしく飲めると思う。でも農夫のコーラを最初に作ったアメリカ南部の人々に敬意を込めてバーボンかテネシーウィスキーで作ろう！コーラもピーナッツもウィスキーも南部の特産品やで！ クレイジーソルト:コーラとピーナッツを使う時点で味が強烈なハーブソルトにした方がいいと判断した。南部のものではないけれど、日本でも手に入れやすいアメリカ産ハーブソルトであるクレイジーソルトを選択。 ハチミツ:ハニーローストピーナッツをコーラに入れても美味しかったという投稿を見かけたので、風味づけに。これは入れても入れなくてもどっちでもいいと思う。 ピーナッツ:日本のピーナッツは塩気が全然足りない。だったら塩を別に用意した方が味の調節が効く。・・・その代わり元の農夫のコーラが持っていた手軽さは完全に失われてしまった。

TLで流行ってたのでコーラにピーナッツ入れるやつやってみました。 以下感想。 ・最初遠慮して少しずつ入れてたんだけど、最終的に写真より増やした ・入れたら一回蓋閉めてボトル逆さにするといいかも(塩が早く馴染む) ・噂通り塩分で甘さが引き立ち(多分スイカに塩掛けるのと同じ原理)、定期的にバタピーかじる事で味覚がリセットされる事で「最初の一口」の味が続く ・シンプルにコーラとバタピーが合うので、ワンモーションでコーラ飲みながらバタピー食えるの結構良い ・コーラだけ飲みたい時とバタピーも食いたい時で飲み方工夫すれば切り替え可能 ・ピーナッツが水吸いにくいのでバタピー側はあんまり味変わらない 結構良いぞアメリカンスタイル！
