@TD_Insurance Hey, the situation is pretty simple. We were always monthly payments. All of a sudden they tried to take two 1 year payments out of an account we don't use. 3 different calls and we were assured it would be monthly and finance team fixed the td error. Today my wife checks out

@TD_Insurance I've been on the phone for 4 hours,talked to 3 representatives and still don't have the issue fixed. For some reason TD is taking $1,700 for insurance. It has been pulled twice but we're on monthly payments. Conveniently the calls get dropped when they are looking

@SpiritAirlines flight was canceled at the start of the pandemic and now they're denying a credit extension. Basically stealing $900 for my kids to travel to Disney. If we lived in the USA it would be easy, living in Canada not so much. Not acceptable and would like a call back
