2019 is coming to a close and the Armor Up Officer team is signing off to make way for the JFBC 2020 deacon team to come take the reins. It’s been a great year and we are thankful for the way all the guys stepped up to serve. Happy New Year and my Jesus be praised!!!

Today we honor and thank Bryant and Anne Wright for 38 years of faithful service. One service this morning and reception to follow.

I also want to confess my sins. Was offered 4 tix for this game in Athens and immediately declined. Didn’t want to experience the pain of getting killed in Athens. Oh ye of little faith.

21 JFBC deacons painted Ms Ola Mae’s home yesterday in east Atlanta. “Hope Works” is the sponsor Christian Charity for helping the elderly remain in their homes as long as possible and assigned the 92 yr old strong woman of God to us. A great day. Thankful for our guys!

If you can ever go there to remember I hope you will. One of the most meaningful experiences I ever experienced with my 3 sons was going to Normandy. Seeing all those young men’s graves who gave their lives for freedom in Europe & the USA. Fills you with unforgettable gratitude.

On this National day of Prayer the hours that the JF Chapel is open for prayer is from 7 AM to 7 PM.
