First frame was me in January, the second frame is me Now. It’s save to say i gained this in less than 4 months of intense workout and discipline.. Beginning of this year I made a promise to myself to work on my body so I could gain a bit of confidence, I’ve been pushed down by people and made fun of by my friends, so this decision was from a place of hurt.

Went through top posts of all time on r/gym. The huge person dropping down to being shredded gets the most insane engagement, every time.

WHEW. Been using Logro on Android all week and it is significantly better than what I was going through on my tiny iPhone.
