To be fair, the bulk of A24’s library doesn’t include the kind of big name actors that are guilty of draining Hollywood movies of their entire budgets. I’m still convinced that the garbage pay SAG-AFTRA actors are getting is only partially because of greedy executives and a lot of the blame lands on the big name actors who insist on charging millions dollars just to appear in a movie. One of these things that needs to happen in order for a positive change to occur is for THOSE actors to either take a massive pay cut or for studios to just stop hiring them.
